Mganja Flying Site August 8th, 2016

Before our 2014 Exploration here, I spent weeks on end scouring Google Maps for every mountain or bump which had paragliding potential. It was in this particular area that I not only found a nice long range, but a road running to the top! To be clear, this is the only road running from the bottom to the top of a mountain in the whole entire southern half of the country, and, because it connects two major trade routes, there's a decent amount of traffic heading up. All that on top of that it takes the standard Easterly breeze from the Indian Ocean and you've got a site that's flyable six out of seven days and a great place for new pilots to log up to five flights per day.
