Like most Malawians, Earnest built his beautiful home by hand and takes a great deal of pride in being able to provide for his family. Though cooking with charcoal is a matter of survival in the country, he no longer has to bring the off-gassing stove inside in order to benefit from the light it emits. The Dream Lights installed in both of the rooms is enough for him to continue his carpentry work at night and for his children to complete their homework for the following day.
